Nonprofit IT services: Technology that lets your team focus on mission, not IT.
Security, continuity, and audit-readiness for nonprofits who can’t afford to be distracted from the work that matters.
The reality for nonprofit leaders.
Every hour spent fighting technology is an hour taken away from the people who depend on you. Every state audit and every board member request is easier when someone has already been keeping the record straight.
Our community supporting your community. A real relationship, not a ticket queue.
WiFi drops mid-shift
A case manager loses schedules, files, and email. The work stops, not just the tech.
One frozen desktop, three staff waiting
And no one on-site who can fix it.
Overnight server outage
In a 24×7 residential program, that’s a live risk, not an inconvenience.
Shared passwords
One shortcut turns a phishing email into an organization-wide breach.
The audit scramble
Proving compliance pulls program staff off their real work for a week.
“IT support is not our strength, so our users generally need help when it comes to operating our desktop systems.”
“A system failure on a Friday evening in a residential program is not a minor inconvenience but a potential crisis. Having a partner we trust completely is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.”
Prosper Solutions frees mission-driven teams from technology friction: devices that work, networks that stay up, and systems that are secure by default. Program staff spend their time on the people they serve, not on troubleshooting. Standardized services, customized to your organization’s specific needs, backed by relationships that go back decades, not months.
Reliable connectivity, so a dropped signal never turns into a lost shift of productivity.
A real person who can get a frozen desktop working again, without pulling program staff off their real job to babysit IT.
The servers your team depends on every day, kept running and recoverable, so an overnight outage doesn’t turn into a morning when nobody can work.
The protection that keeps one shared password from turning into an organization-wide breach.

These aren’t names we’re borrowing for credibility, these are clients we have partnered with and are invested in their missions. We have helped them navigate through leadership changes, funding cycles, and 24×7 residential operations that can’t afford to go down.
That partnership doesn’t look the same everywhere, on purpose. With some organizations, we run IT end to end. With others, we work alongside an internal team that’s already in place, each side doing what it’s best at. At Charles River Center, Todd Anderson, the organization’s Director of IT, leads internal IT operations while Prosper Solutions handles infrastructure, security, and larger initiatives alongside him.
“One concern many IT managers have when working with an external provider is whether that provider will eventually try to take over their role. That has not been my experience with Prosper Solutions. They have consistently worked with me as an extension of our team, not in place of it.”
“They have integrated well into our existing team structure, supporting our Director of IT while strengthening our overall capabilities. This approach has allowed us to maintain internal oversight while benefiting from additional expertise and resources.”
During the pandemic, when working from home became a matter of survival for the organization’s programs, The Arc of the South Shore leaned on Prosper Solutions to keep every part of its mission running. Prosper’s team rolled out Microsoft Teams so staff could stay connected, deployed secure VPN and Citrix access, and set up HIPAA-compliant Zoom so board meetings and clinical conversations could continue without interruption. On the direct-care side, Prosper configured iPads so the individuals served by the Arc could keep medical appointments and family visits going even when in-person contact wasn’t possible.
Beyond the pandemic response, Prosper’s vCIO worked directly with Arc leadership on a newly signed Written Information Security Plan required for the organization’s funding sources and accreditation, and supported the Arc’s fundraising operations with secure connectivity and credit card processing during major events.
