The technology partner for the business nobody’s assigned to own.
You didn’t start this business to run IT. We’ve been the “de facto” IT department for owner-operated businesses across every industry you can name, for as long as twenty years at a time.
The reality for owner-operated businesses
Somebody has to own the technology. Right now, that’s probably you.
You're the de facto IT person
The Wi-Fi drops or a laptop won’t boot, and you get the call.
You know when you need an expert
You have enough technical sense to spot a problem worth escalating.
You don't have the time to be one
Or the headcount. IT gets squeezed in between running the business.
PLACEHOLDER
Day-one access fails
A new hire can’t get into email, and you’re troubleshooting instead of onboarding.
Hardware without expertise
A vendor ships a firewall and leaves the configuration to you.
Growth breaks the system
What worked informally at five people starts failing at fifty.
Projects outgrow support
A new office, a second site, a network overseas. You need someone who can build, not just fix.
Prosper Solutions works with owner-operated businesses the way we work with every client: as a full IT department when you need one, and as a single project partner when that’s all you need right now. Managed services, office buildouts, multi-site networks, compliance work. Standardized services, customized to what your business actually needs today, not a one-size-fits-all package.
Full network, PC, and phone system management; the same team, the same faces, for as long as twenty years running.
Cabling, racking, network design, and full moves, from a single office to a new buildout across an ocean.
From cybersecurity fundamentals to CMMC 2.0, built for businesses that answer to government contracts, not just their own IT budget.
One network, wherever your locations are, from Boston to Georgia and Massachusetts to France.

These aren’t names we’re borrowing for credibility; they’re relationships we’re still in, through ownership changes, acquisitions, and businesses that outgrew their first office twice over.
From one project to a full IT department.
Not every relationship starts, or stays, the same size. With Anvil, we recently installed and racked an entire network from scratch, including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and cameras. With AAA OSHA Training & Safety Consultants, we ran a full PC refresh and network upgrade as a single project. With Gill Devine and FENS Associates, we’re the full-service IT department, managing everything from phone systems to compliance. Wherever you’re starting from, that’s where we start too.
Prosper Solutions has served as Altaeros’s IT partner since 2015, starting with basic desktop support for a startup that couldn’t yet justify an in-house IT hire. As Altaeros grew into a technically complex operation supporting mission-critical field operations for its aerostat technology, Prosper grew with it, today managing networks, servers, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and end-user support across Altaeros’s U.S. headquarters and international operations.
Prosper has also worked directly alongside Altaeros’s engineering team on specialized infrastructure, designing and deploying hardened, mobile network systems built to operate independently in the field, and supporting multiple office buildouts and relocations without disrupting operations along the way.
“What stands out most is their approach to problem solving and partnership. They understand how to balance technical requirements with practical business considerations, and they consistently deliver solutions that are thoughtful, effective, and aligned with our goals.”
