Steve Wojcik is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Prosper Solutions, a veteran-owned technology company serving organizations across Greater Boston and beyond. Steve founded Prosper Solutions in 2001, building the company on a foundation of service, accountability, trust, and practical business-focused technology leadership.

For more than 25 years, Steve has guided Prosper Solutions through every major stage of growth, from traditional managed IT services to a broader business technology partner focused on cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure, cloud, AI, strategic planning, and long-term client success. His leadership has shaped the company’s commitment to helping organizations become stronger, more secure, more efficient, and better prepared for the future.
Before founding Prosper Solutions, Steve held senior technology leadership roles, including serving as Director of IT and Assistant Vice President. He also proudly served in the United States Navy, where his experience helped shape the steady, disciplined, and calm leadership style he brings to Prosper Solutions today.
As CEO, Steve provides the vision, strategic direction, executive oversight, and relationship leadership that continue to drive Prosper Solutions forward. His focus remains on building lasting client partnerships, developing a strong internal team, and ensuring Prosper Solutions continues to deliver meaningful business outcomes through technology.
Farzan Amiri
Farzan Amiri serves as Chief Technology Officer at Prosper Solutions, where he leads technology strategy, cybersecurity maturity, operational governance, and long-term IT planning for the company and its clients. Since joining Prosper Solutions in 2025, Farzan has focused on strengthening service delivery, improving internal operations, developing technical leaders, and aligning technology decisions with real business outcomes.

Brian Iraheta serves as Engineering Supervisor at Prosper Solutions, where he leads the technical execution, engineering standards, and day-to-day technology operations that support reliable client service delivery. Brian has been with Prosper since 2018, growing through key technical roles and developing deep knowledge of the company’s clients, environments, service standards, and technology strategy.

His work includes system maintenance, security oversight, network management, infrastructure planning, cloud support, service monitoring, project delivery, technical review, and escalation support.

Tim Martin
Tim Martin serves as Operations Supervisor at Prosper Solutions, where he helps lead the operational structure, service delivery, and internal coordination that keep the company running effectively. Since joining Prosper Solutions in 2023, Tim has played an important role in strengthening day-to-day operations, improving team alignment, supporting new client onboarding, and helping build consistent processes across the organization.
